Letter to T. Fowell Buxton (1786-1845), MP, from Thomas Clarkson (1760-1846), Playford Hall, explaining that he cannot account for Mr Steele's actions but states his willingness (once recovered from an injury) to come before the [West Indian] committee with the appropriate documents, which came into his possession after the death of Dr Dickson.
