Photograph of an oil painting by Mathijs Naiveu, c.1700, depicting a physician and a surgeon treating a female patient. This painting was acquired at auction from Fosters on 18th November 1934, Lot 128/3, and accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 2nd August 1934 (CC 9114).
