Description
Impressions from three seals. On the left is a schist seal incised with a mythological scene with an inscription. It was purchased at auction by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1924 and accessioned in 1938 (R2362/1938). The middle seal is made of haematite inscribed with two figures and an inscription to the deities Ninsianna and Kabta. It was purchased at auction by the Museum in 1932 and accessioned in 1938 (accession number R2364/1938). The right seal is made of haematite and incised with the image of a seated deity holding a cup with an inscription. It was purchased at auction by the Museum in 1931 and accessioned in 1937 (accession number R481/1937).
