Description

Crick addressed a joint meeting of the Birmingham Rotary Club and the Kiwanis on 'The DNA Revolution', 22 June 1983. He also participated in the University of Alabama in Birmingham's Visiting Scholar Program, giving presentations entitled 'On the Function of REM Sleep - Is Dreaming Necessary?' and 'How Many Cell Types are Necessary in the Neocortex?', 23-24 June 1983.
