Illustrations of Bascillus Tuberculosis culture shown through Heinrich Hermann Robert Koch's method. Fig 1 is Pure culture on solid blood serum in test tube. Fig 2 is same as fig 1 but in a glass capsule (a Petri dish), mag. 700. Fig 3 is same as fig 2 but magnified 80. Fig 4 is cover-glass preparation of colonies with Paul Ehrlich's method.
