Fibroblast responses to acetylcholine

Quail fibroblast responses to suberyldicholine (SDC). Pretreating cells with sodium butyrate leads to increased expression of nACh receptors. Cells pretreated with 5mM SDC for 2 days show bigger increase in peak Ca++i signal, dye saturated: Ca++ exceeded 1 microM. Frames every 5 seconds. 10 microM SDC added between A and B.
