Description

A dramatized account of how rats spread deadly disease. The chief characters are the Medical Officer and Chief Medical Officer and the action concerns the discovery of a dead rat in the house of a recently deceased invalid. The rat is taken away for dissection at the laboratory and something significant is found. The villagers are assembled for vaccination, huts are repaired to keep out rats and the hut of the deceased man is burnt.
