Description

An auditory model with the sounds and murmurs of mitral valve disease slowed down is used to demonstrate the different clinical signs of heart problems and their possible causes and outcomes in conjunction with animation of the heart action and pressure changes in slow motion. Describes the sounds and illustrates their sources. There are three patients seen; a woman in her 30s, a woman in her 40s and a man in his 50s.
