Description

Lord Brougham is about to hurl a rotten egg and Lord Aberdeen is about to fling a dead cat. Lord Melbourne is also in the crowd, with Lord John Russell, Thomas Spring-Rice and the Duke of Wellington. Glenelg had to bear the brunt of Parliamentary censure on the occasion of the revolt in Canada
