About this work

Description

On the publication of the first draft of The Human Genome Project, the programme features an extract from a address by Dr Mike Dexter, of the Wellcome Trust, on the importance of the project. It then goes on to discuss the legal implications, and whether or not new laws are needed, especially where there seems to be evidence of discrimination by Insurance Companies.
