Leaflet explaining and giving a "description of the invitation card for the hygiene & demography conversazione' at the Guildhall during the 7th International Congress of Hygiene and Demography in London in 1891. It accompanied an ornate invitation, [EPH+24:14] sent in an envelope [EPH421:5] with the Corporation's coat of arms (Domine dirige nos) printed on the back in red.
