The tiniest boy in Britain.

This documentary follows 2-year-old Alex Connaughty, a primordial dwarf with the rarest form of dwarfism, COPD type 2, as he travels to America to assess whether or not he has a dangerous brain aneurysm. While there the family attend the Little People of America convention in Seattle and discover that Alex is far from the smallest child in the world.
