Order from Francisco Ortiz de Taranco, postmaster-general of the kingdom of Valencia, to local officials to provide every assitance to Vicente Rueda, a postal courier on a mission from Alicante to deliver a document to General C[harles] W[illiam] Doyle (1770-1842). Valencia, 18 April, 1810. Subscribed with Doyle's note of receipt, and with various other later endorsements.
