William Allen, of 2 Tredworth Rd., Gloucester. Not vaccinated and anti vaccine. 30 years old. Just beginning to mend. Admitted to hospital 14 March 1896. Discharged 23 May 1896. Photographed 2 or 3 days after the previous one (Wellcome Library catalogue no. 591165i)
