Programme launching 'Babies of the Millenium' project. Peter Snow and Philippa Forrester present a guide to millenium parents ranging from tips for conception, the likelihood of 'designer babies' becoming commonplace in the future, life-threatening diseases in early development (including footage of amniocentesis on baby William Doherty in his mother's womb) and the method of teaching babies at the Institute of Achievement of Human Potential in the United States.
