A magazine style sound recording co-edited by three chief editors; Martinus Woerdeman (Amsterdam), Morris Fishbein (Chicago) and Sir Heneage Ogilvie (London). The recording comprises of a 'Special feature', a report on the controversy around 'Live and Killed Virus' from the Fifth International Poliomyelitis Conference held in Copenhagen, Denmark. This item includes a special interview with Jonas E. Salk and a symposium moderated by John R. Paul with participation by Albert B. Sabin, David Bodian, Mrs Herdis von Magnus and Sven Gard. The second feature is 'Person to Person' and focusses on 'Developments in Cancer Chemotherapy and Detection'. Interviewees were Josheph H. Burchenal and Emerson Day, interviewed by Jihn R. Heller. The next item is 'Everyday Practice Panel Discussion: 'Today's Practice - Particularly As It Affects the General Practioner'. The session was moderated by Eugene I. Baumgartner and the panel members were John S. DeTar, I. Phillips Frohman, Charles E. McArthur, Thomas Rardin, William Shaw (recorded in Miami, USA). The sleeve notes also include a written section with abstracts from International literature.
