Description

Number 40 in a series of 50 chromolitho cards issued by Thomas Holloway advertising Holloway's Pills and Holloway's Ointment. Each card consisted of about 3 images showing typified aspects of life and sports in a certain country. This one shows a reindeer's head, a man on a dog sleigh racing over the snow by moonlight and a man approaching 2 seals in the snow about to kill them with a club.
