The three celebrities are gradually breaking up into jigsaw pieces, representing the destructive effect of AIDS. Each has a name plaque above the portrait. Above the logo of Jistota věrnosti is a fourth name-plaque containing question marks, meaning "Who's going to be next to have AIDS?"
