Capacity depends on the layout you choose. Our photos show what each layout looks like. The maximum capacities are:
- Theatre: 40
- Classroom: 24
- Cabaret: 24
- Boardroom: 24
- U-shape: 18
- Reception: 50
- Dinner: 24
Dimensions
The Dale Room is 8.8m by 6.5m, with a ceiling height of 2.53m at its highest point and 2.4m at its lowest. The doorway is 1.71m wide and 2.05m high.
If you’re bringing equipment or materials into the room, you may also need these measurements:
- Goods lift: 1.54m x 1.95m
- Staff corridor door: 1.64m x 2.05m
- Staff corridor width: 1.13m
- Door at end of corridor: 0.87m x 2.13m
Audiovisual
The room includes a digital screen, laptop, inbuilt speakers and WiFi.
Accessibility
The Dale Room is wheelchair accessible and has an induction loop. There is an adapted toilet on this level, and assistance dogs are welcome.

Food and drink
Working with our catering partner, Benugo, we can arrange food and drink for your event.
The minimum number for catering is 12 people.
Availability
The Dale Room is available from morning to evening, seven days a week.
We loved the space; with all that light it was so conducive to imaginative thinking. The food was delicious, and everything worked without a hitch.
