Dr Parashkev Nachev is a Professor of Neurology at the UCL Institute of Neurology, and Honorary Consultant Neurologist at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. He was recently awarded a Wellcome Trust-funded translational research project to develop a clinical system using machine learning to identify anomalies in the brain, including strokes and multiple sclerosis, in order to better predict patient outcomes.
